A Japanese-style handle multipurpose knife, made by Mutsumi Hinoura. Easy to use, easy to sharpen, fun to look at, and pleasing to use in the kitchen.
The Santoku is a Japanese multi-purpose knife. It literally means ''3 purposes'', implying it can be used for fish, meat, and vegetables.
The blade is sharpened from both sides like most western knives. It can be used by both left and right-handed cooks. Do not use it on bones or frozen meat.
