A Japanese-style handle gyuto knife, made by Mutsumi Hinoura. Easy to use, easy to sharpen, with regular edge retention for home use.
The blade is made of 3 layers. A high carbon steel core, with stainless steel cladding around it. A Black, modern surface with a seemingly traditional handle. It's forged, sharpened, and put together by hand.
This is a double bevel knife to be used by both left and right-handed cooks. Do not use it on bones or frozen meat.
